Jonathan Lang serves as the Product Manager for the Incode court suite. He is responsible for the overall direction and development of the products and services that Tyler provides to municipal courts across the country. Jonathan has been with Tyler since 2006. For his first nine years at Tyler, he worked as a project manager, specializing in implementation of the Incode court product for municipal courts of significant size. Before Tyler, Jonathan was in charge of technology for a health claims administrator and then worked as a production manager for a custom web development firm.
Marlin Jones is the product owner for the Incode court product. In this role, she works with our clients to identify and address business problems through the development of new software solutions, as well as, responsible for providing support with the direction of assigned products. Marlin relocated back to Texas after living in Atlanta, GA for 20+ years and she started with Tyler in February 2018. Marlin enjoys working closely with our court customers.
